The 31st Hispacón (Hispacón 2013, the Spanish National Science Fiction and Fantasy Convention/El Congreso Nacional de Fantasía y Ciencia Ficción is taking place from Saturday the 14th until Sunday the 15th of December in Quart de Poblet (Valencia), Spain. In the Roman times, Quart was known as Quartum Miliarium (Fourth Milestone), so the 31st Hispacón will also be called Quartumcón.
Rafael Marín and Juan Miguel Aguilera are Guests of Honor and other invited personalities are Luis Vigil, José Carlos Somoza and Juanma Santiago.
The organizing members are belonging to the group that published the prozine Hiperespacio (Hyperspace).
