Jacques Goimard, a prolific and important french anthologist and publisher, died at 78.
As director of Pocket’s science fiction and fantasy collection, he published over 800 books, promoting in France most important titles of the genre as Dune or Elric.
He also wrote important essays and studies such as: Critique de la science-fiction (Pocket, Agora, 2002), Critique du .fantastique et de l’insolite (Pocket, Agora, 2003) or Critique des genres (Pocket, Agora, 2004)
