Unlike previous years, the Sèvres Encounters of Imaginary was held Saturday, November 28th.
The Guest of Honor this year was the French SF writer Pierre Bordage.
In Sèvres (a suburb of Paris, in the southwest of the capital), France, on Saturday, the 28th of November 2015, the 12th edition of the Meetings of the Imaginary (11es Rencontres de l’Imaginaire), organized by Sèvres City Hall and ActuSF Press.
At Le Sel Cultural Center (47, Grande-Rue, Sèvres) more than 100 authors, illustrators, publishers and fans of science fiction, fantasy and fantastika will be present.
Note the panels on Steampunk and on “The 2nd World Wars alternatives” topic.
The main exhibitions were the “Mechanicals of the Imaginary” by Ptitvinc and photographer Maya Flora’s pictures. Didier Graffet exposed it at the Library of Sèvres .
A great number of SF French authors participated and there was something to have fun at the meetings and discussions with among others, Jeanne-A Debates, Estelle Faye, Melanie Fazi, Jean-Marc Ligny, Dominique Douay, Raphael Granier Cassagnac, Jacques Baudou, Karine Lisbei, Laurent Whale, etc.
And this without forgetting the presence of numerous associations, magazines and publishing houses.
